Most people who call a cash buyer don’t need the absolute highest price. They need a problem handled by someone who does what they said they’d do. So here’s how we work:

• We tell you when listing is the better deal. If your house is updated and you can wait, a good agent will probably get you more. We’ll say so.
• We pay the closing costs. All of them.
• No fees. It costs you nothing to get an offer, and nothing to sell to us.
